I had a great moment at Mason's swim lesson today. I was just sitting back in the chair watching my love learning new things and being so excited about it all, listening to all the sounds at the pool - the echoing sounds of laughter and splashing; good jobs, you did its from all the parents and instructors - feeling my body cool down after working out really hard. A wave of peace and happiness just swept over me. I have a great family. I am really happy. I love my life.
